We have extensive experience in implementing customized processes such as laser beam material processing, EB (electron beam welding), EDM (electrical discharge machining), APS (atmospheric plasma spraying), LVPS (low-pressure plasma spraying), AWS (arc wire spraying), HVOF (high-velocity oxygen fuel spraying), heat treatments (inductive, IR, air, DFIC, H2/Ar, vacuum), chemical vapour deposition (CVD) as well as flame and vacuum brazing. Additionally, we possess expertise in advanced analytical methods, including EDX/WDX (Energy-Dispersive X-ray Analysis / Wavelength-Dispersive X-ray Analysis), XRF (X-ray fluorescence analysis), and metallography. I developed my passion for mechanical engineering in my family's business. Here, even as a student, I learned and actively applied all essential processes such as welding, rolling, bending, cutting, straightening, turning, milling, grinding, and even dabbled in developing control systems using early PLCs and complex hydraulics. Additionally, I expanded my skills into the administrative realm through occasional stand-ins for the management.

After completing my studies, I honed the skills of a designer, delved into quality assurance, mastered agile team leadership, oversaw the transition from design to production, and assumed entrepreneurial responsibilities.

During my research activities, I acquired substantial expertise in laser beam material processing, structured idea generation and utilization, and adopted a scientific and interdisciplinary approach to efficient work.

My valuable career in the aerospace industry further enriched my knowledge, involving the application of advanced technologies. I took on welding supervision, initiated and managed quality projects, conducted training, and established quality dialogues to rectify and prevent production disruptions.

Now, I apply these skills and methods with a focus on achieving success, with the ability to expand my innovative potential to meet customer needs.
